Deborah Hollens, the Hannon Library Government Publications Librarian describes how you can limit a search in the library catalog to just government documents.

The Southern Oregon Digital Archives allows you to search within the full text of all its documents and see your keywords highlighted in the text, just like Amazon.com's "Search Inside" feature or Google Book Search.
